• Bring a list of the items you left with your animal, so you can get them upon pick-up.
  

• We do not feed dogs the meal closest to pick-up to prevent car sickness. Most dogs get sick in the car.

• Dogs will be thirsty from the excitement of going home. Please make sure you provide them with plenty of water when they get home.​​​

• Food/s (only enough for stay + 3 extra days)
  

•  Meds/vitamins must come in a labeled pill box, set-up for each serving. Also, please bring the original bottles.
  

• If your pet is on meds, please bring the food/s or treats you use at home to give them their pills. (i.e. cheese, peanut butter, hot dogs).
  

• Food scoop (NO DISHES) - please label food containers, scoops, items from home with pets name (do NOT bring expensive or precious items). Make a detailed list of the items to check before you check out. Critter Nanny is NOT responsible for returning items left behind.
  

• The brand name of your pets' food must be obvious on the food containers.
  

• Please bring dog beds or blankets for your pet, we want them to feel comfortable and safe during their stay. However, keep in mind that accidents happen and your dogs will be going outside for potty and play time. NO human bed pillow or heavy bedding (to save our back the pain). In addition to bedding, feel free bring toys for your pet. We recommend Nylabones and Kongs. No rawhides.Critter Nanny is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. ​​

    Ask your veterinarian to FAX (fax # 503-759-3592) a copy of:

• For Dogs: Copy of current records of Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella (Critter Nanny Ltd. requires Bordetella every 6 months (injections or nasal applications) or very 12 months (oral applications).
  

• For Cats: Current Rabies, Distemper, feline leukemia and kitties must be worm free. Senior kitties may have different vaccination schedules, please contact us.
  

• Both Dogs and Cats: If you are not on a monthly flea treatment program, treatment must be done no later than 3 days prior to check-in. If your dog or cat is on a flea treatment program and it will wear off during their stay with us, bring subsequent doses. We will apply them for no extra charge.​
