Drive Entrance
The lane is 500 feet to the first set of security gates.
- DRIVE SLOW...15 mph MAX...critters and horses roaming.
- You will enter the security gate straight ahead (DO NOT ENTER THE PRIVATE DRIVE TO THE RIGHT).
- Someone will OPEN THE GATE for you. (Page us when you arrive, 503-948-5008)
- Leave enough room for the GATE to OPEN TOWARDS YOU.
- Please REMAIN in your vehicle.
- Once the gate is open, follow the drive as it curves to the right, toward the two story cedar building, the ANIMAL HOUSE.
PARKING OPTIONS
- HANDICAP Parking - next the the Animal House.
- Main Parking - in front of a smaller building called the Meet 'n' Greet House.
- Overflow - located below the main parking area.
HOW TO PROCEED
DOGS MUST WAIT IN THE VEHICLE UPON ARRIVAL FOR BOTH TOURS AND CHECK INS.
- Make sure the windows are up enough that your dog cannot escape through the window to follow you, chase wildlife, cats, ducks, etc.
- Proceed to the Animal House, where you will find instructions on how to page us is we are not readily available.
ARRIVAL RULES
DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHENEVER OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- Please leash your dog prior to arrival each visit.
- Collars should be secure and NOT BE ABLE TO SLIP OVER EARS.
- Retractable leashes must be locked in the short position.
- NO PEEING/POOPING ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES - we will take them to a DESIGNATED AREA for the bathroom and water. NOTE: If you keep the "HEAD UP" the "TAIL" will stay "UP". Thank you very much.
- ALL Kitties must be in a hard sided carrier.
- Please DO NOT WALK ABOUT the property or let kids climb on the boulders or railroad ties. These are slippery when wet. DO NOT let kids walk in the garden or flower beds. THANK YOU.
Please DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY...we exercise our dog guests right up to the last minutes, or there may be a
tour prior to your scheduled time. For a RELAXED environment, we appreciate your respect and cooperation.
NO PUBLIC RESTROOM AVAILABLE...closest services are in Mulino.
FOR DOG TOURS, please come dressed for the weather, as part of the tour will be in the MEET'N'GREET
building, which has open walls (a red fire hydrant, fresh water, and toys await you) and is subject to weather conditions.
